Read All ReviewsThis was our first visit to Carlisle and we stayed at this hotel for couple of nights. The Hotel was very easy to find, and we were soon in a disabled room on the ground floor. Ordinary rooms at Premier Inns do not have grab rails in the shower so we had booked this room especially for them. However, in our opinion the grab rails, though better than none, were generally in the wrong place. We asked for 2 non-slip rubber bath mats, which helped to make showering a little safer. The shower is also above a bath so would be difficult for a wheel-chair user to access. The rest of the room was Ok, the bed was low and very comfortable and after another chair had been requested we settled in. Breakfasts were good and plentiful. Staff was highly accommodating and did their best to make our stay comfortable.
