The Suites

With far more space than an ordinary hotel room, our condominium-sized suites provide you with plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Available with one or two bedrooms, each suite features separate living and sleeping areas, a fully equipped kitchen, two TVs with HD channels, en-suite washer and dryer, and a private balcony.

Premiere One-Bedroom Suite

Our luxuriously appointed Premiere One-Bedroom Suite features soothing warm colours, beautiful dark woods, plush duvet, pillow-top mattress, and premium bathroom products. These suites accommodate up to 4 guests.

Premiere Two-Bedroom Suite

Our Premiere Two-Bedroom Suite features all the luxurious amenities of our Premiere One-Bedroom Suite, with the added convenience of a second bedroom and two bathrooms*. These suites accommodate up to 6 guests.

*The majority of our two-bedroom suites include a second bathroom. If you require a second bathroom, please let us know when you book your reservation and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Premiere Executive King Suite

In addition to the amenities of our Premiere One-Bedroom Suite, our Premiere Executive King Suite provides you with a second bathroom, and a separate enclosed working space that includes an ergonomically designed workstation and cordless speaker phone. These suites accommodate up to 4 guests.

Premiere Two-Bedroom Family Suite

Our Premiere Two-Bedroom Family Suite features all the luxurious amenities of our Premiere One-Bedroom Suite, with the added convenience of a second bedroom with two beds, and two bathrooms*. These suites accommodate up to 6 guests.

  In addition to the workspace advantages that our suites provide, guests have access to our 24-hour complimentary Business Centre, featuring computer workstations, laser printer and Wi-Fi Internet access.

  Our newly renovated fitness facility is always open, making it easy to fit a workout in to your day – be it morning, noon, or night. This large open space features tall windows that fill the room with natural daylight. Check out the great selection of all-new exercise equipment.

  Les Suites Hotel offers secure indoor parking for a daily fee with unlimited access. Please note that in order to access our parking garage, guests must first register at the Front Desk.

Pet Policy

YOUR PET IS WELCOME HERE

At Les Suites Hotel Ottawa we know that pets are an important part of many families. As a pet-friendly hotel, we are happy to welcome you and your pet during your stay with us.

Please let us know when making your reservation that you will be travelling with a pet. Advance notice is required, as there are limited Pet-Friendly Zones in the hotel. A nominal pet fee will apply.

To ensure a comfortable stay for yourself and your fellow guests, we request you observe the following guidelines:

• Your pet must be kept on a leash when it is in the hotel or on hotel property, unless it is in your suite.
• Pets are not allowed in the Presse Café, Garden Courtyard, fitness facility or pool area of the hotel. This exclusion does not apply to guide dogs.
• You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet on hotel property, as well as in and around Ottawa.
• Any disturbances, such as barking, must be curtailed to ensure that other guests are not inconvenienced.
• Please contact our Housekeeping Department to arrange for a convenient time for servicing your room. No attempt will be made to enter if there is a pet in the suite, unless the owner is present.
• You agree to be responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from your pet. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners and operators, from all liability and damage suffered as a result of your pet.
