Read All ReviewsThis hotel really good for Terminal 5 departures. Walkway from Airport building very pleasant. An excellent underground car park, quite a few disabled bays which was great for us. Stayed in the adapted room with the wetroom. The bedroom has a king size bed, but is only accessible to a wheelchair user on one side unless you physically move the bed across as far as it will go. Turning into the bathroom is tight due to the presence of a large fixed wardrobe right opposite the bathroom door. The basin is in the corner with a large panel below which makes it difficult to get near enough in the chair. The shower has a good seat. Breakfast was awesome, it had good amount of choices. Staff was highly attentive and accommodating.
