Thoroughbred Food and Drink is a celebration of Canadian Cuisine through the eyes of Chef Ariel Coplan and James Kohls. Founded by Master Sommelier Bruce Wallner, the Sommelier Factory started out as a forum for sommeliers to learn and develop their skills and since has developed some of the top sommeliers running some of the top wine programs in Toronto.
