Cancellation & Deposit Policy: Please note the following cancellation & deposit policies for Brewster’s Mountain Lodge.
For reservations staying between January 2nd to April 30th & October 16th to December 22nd, we have a 3 day cancellation policy. We will charge a deposit of the first night’s stay plus taxes 3 days prior to arrival. For reservations cancelled within 3 days prior to arrival, we will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee.
For reservations staying between May 1st to October 15th, we have a 7 day cancellation policy. We will charge a deposit of the first night’s stay plus taxes 7 days prior to arrival. For reservations cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival, we will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee.
For reservations staying between December 23rd to January 1st, we have a 7 day cancellation policy & a 3 night minimum stay. We will charge a deposit of the first 3 nights plus taxes 7 days prior to arrival. For reservations cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival, we will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee.
