Read All ReviewsI stayed in this hotel as part of a work event. I use a wheelchair and the hotel has a portable ramp at its George Street entrance. This covers 3 steps, then there is a small landing and one more step for which there is no ramp. The ramp is dar too steep. No one in a wheelchair could push themselves up it. Once in the hotel there are 2-3 sloped areas, again far too steep for a wheelchair users to push themselves up. This meant that every time I wanted to go anywhere I had to ask for help. WiFi is only available on the ground floor and is of variable quality. The staff are generally friendly and helpful.
