Thornton Lodge Farm is located between Easingwold and Coxwold, surrounded by the Vale of York with views of the Minster and further over to the Pennines. The Yorkshire Dales are to the west and the North York Moors to the east. A little to the north is Thirsk, where "The World of James Herriot" can be found. We do allow only well behaved dogs that are under control at all times as we are a farm and have animals around.

Read All ReviewsWe loved staying at this farm with its chickens in the gardens, horses in the paddocks, and very nice and helpful owners. The accomodation is within an annex to the main building, and has been especially built to provide comfort for the guest. The two main bedrooms are on the ground floor and incorporate Disabled Accessibility Level 2. The bedrooms were more than adequate, especially as they incorporated Disabled toilet facilites and showers. Breakfast was amazing with good amount of choices. We are recommending this venue to our friends and we do not do this without having full confidence of the venue.
