Meadow Holiday Cottage is a single storey detached three bedroomed cottage set in 21 acres of idyllic Derbyshire countryside.
The three bedrooms are generous in size, the main bedroom has a double bed, the second has two single beds that can be used together to form a second double, the third bedroom has two full sized single beds.
The second and third bedroom are accessed via two small steps the rest of the cottage is on one level so easy access for a wheelchair use. Meadow Cottage welcomes people with differing abilities.
Meadow cottage is a central Derbyshire location to arrange to meet up with family and friends, an ideal location for walkers and cyclists. From this central location it is easy to commute and explore neighbouring counties.
Meadow Cottage is ideal for couples wanting a quite break, but equally ideal for a party/family of six plus a cot for a baby being available.
Enjoy the peace and quiet, but nearby there are many interesting places to visit and activities to enjoy such as appreciating the clear night sky and wildlife/birds.
Meadow Cottage is in a quite location accessed from Shields Lane, Roston up a drive way over two fields separated by cattle grids. It is possible to walk over the fields around Meadow Cottage and there are many Public Footpaths near the cottage.

Each bedroom had ample storage for luggage and clothing and boasts a traditional country cottage/ modern theme.
The cottage has double glazing throughout, fuelled by oil central heating, making it a cosy and comfortable stay.
Bathroom Facilities
Meadow cottage offers 1 x family bathroom, with an over power shower or bath option. All towels are provided during your stay, a bath mat for children and a lovely view over the fields.
Kitchen Facilities
The cottage provides a spacious family kitchen, with a 4 point electric hob, large fridge, washing machine and a in-formal breakfast table. The kitchen also supplies all necessary electrical goods. A washing line and BBQ is also available just outside.
All water at Meadow cottage is supplied by a underwater spring, it is safe to drink, completely organic and is tested regularly to meet the standards set by the DWI (Drinking water Inspectorate).
Living room Facillities
The living room at meadow cottage provides a comfortable retreat after a long day, providing seating, electric fire and formal dining over looking the countryside. The lounge contains a flat screen television, small radio/CD player, DVD player/ DVD's and access to WiFi.
Also provided are a selection of board games and books for all ages.
Garden
Outside the cottage is a large new patio area, garden furniture is provided with coal BBQ.
There is a newly created parking area for four cars. In front of the cottage is a fenced orchard and a large fenced grass area behind the cottage suitable for children to play or to exercising a dog.

Meadow Cottage has ample parking for guests, we advise that you park next to the patio seating area, not at the farm house or blocking assess to gates.
