Read All ReviewsStayed here recently during my business tour. We booked an accessible room and got one on arrival. The room itself was fine, the bed was comfortable, nice big TV. Though i faced problems regarding bathroom. The bath had a low side but no ledge or wide edge to sit on to swing your legs round. The grab rails seem to be randomly placed – no real thought given to placement. The floor is not non-slip. The sink could do with a metal rail around it because its in a place to be grabbed at and could come away from the wall. The toilet flush is a metal plate that you actually have to slap quite hard. If you had weak arms as a lot of elderly and disabled people have this would be difficult. Staff was highly attentive and helpful all the time.
