Each room has interior design by award–winning designers Treehouse Interiors. All of the 18 rooms have everything you would expect from a top luxury hotel in Lincoln, whilst retaining a home-from-home charm.
All of the rooms in the hotel include comfortable beds, generous en-suites, 80 channel media centres and free WIFI. Each room also features a modern bathroom with drench shower. Most even include a full size luxury bathtub. Every room in the hotel features beautiful views of either the Castle walls or the Medieval Cathedral.
Classic Single Room
Perfect for the traveller on their own, this is our only classic Single Room. With a single bed and views of the Castle Wall this room enjoys ample room situated in the Main Hotel. It has interior design by the award-winning Treehouse Interiors, and an extremely comfortable bed. You will also benefit from free WiFi and an 80 channel media centre for full entertainment. If you get a bit peckish, why not pop down to the Reform restaurant for dinner. Fine European cuisine in a relaxed setting.
Executive Double Rooms
Our Executive Double Rooms are spread within the Main Hotel while also offering some accommodation in the Courtyard. Located inside the 250 year old coach house, our Courtyard rooms offer the same beautiful interiors as the main hotel, and are perfect for guests who struggle with stairs.

Read All ReviewsParking was fine, with a bit of care and thoughtfulness towards other users there isn’t any problem at all. Our first night was spent in the disabled adapted court yard bedroom, which was very well fitted out and much larger than other adapted rooms we have stayed in. The hotel staff went the extra mile to make out stay restful and worry free, for example allowing us to charge my mobility scooter in the reception area. They were also very welcoming and frequently asking if there was anything we needed. The bathroom had a walk in shower and again was clean and modern. The shower had fabulous water pressure which is not always found in hotels. Suggestion : Lower floor rooms if stairs likely to be an issue-no lift in the hotel.
