During the recent holiday season we stayed here for few days and used it as a base for exploring Edinburgh. We reserved accessible room and got one on arrival. I had few complaints that why do you put people in wheelchairs away along the corridors so that they have to negotiate several doors while steering on a carpet. Other negative point was bathroom door being too heavy and stiff for anyone in a wheelchair, especially someone with limb issues. Other than that room was comfortable and accessible. The breakfast was lovely and plenty of it. We had our orders taken straight away for a cooked breakfast and didn’t have to wait long to get it. Staff was helpful and professional.
