Inside this beautifully-restored Georgian house, 15 luxurious contemporary bedrooms and luscious designer bathrooms – the perfect place for a long lazy weekend break (in a dog friendly hotel!) or mid-week stay to discover this fascinating county, for a Shropshire wedding or family celebration, or for a relaxing Spa retreat. We have excellent facilities for disabled guests with a bespoke ground floor room and easy access for wheelchairs.

Each of our bedrooms has been individually styled. Light and spacious, most have views across Ludlow and Shropshire's countryside.

Standard rooms

Our standard rooms include King Size Beds and walk-in / double showers in the ensuite. Each room is individually styled and has a small desk, and chair, mini bar filled with local goodies, complimentary wifi and fibre broadband. Bathrooms are equipped with Elemis toiletries, slippers and bathrobes.

Superior rooms

Superior rooms are similarly equipped as a standard room with Super King Size Beds and walk-in / double showers in the ensuite. Each room is individually styled and has a small desk, and chair, mini bar filled with local goodies, complimentary wifi and fibre broadband. Bathrooms are equipped with Elemis toiletries, slippers and bathrobes. These rooms are more spacious than standard rooms in both the bathroom and bedroom so are ideal for longer stays.

Executive rooms

Executive Rooms have Super King Sized beds and each ensuite has a walk in / double shower as well as a separate bath in the ensuite. Each room has a desk, table and chairs, mini bar filled with local goodies, complimentary wifi and fibre broadband. Bathrooms are equipped with Elemis toiletries, slippers and bathrobes.

Luxury rooms

Luxury Rooms. We have two Luxury rooms which are similar to the Executive rooms but are more spacious. One has a traditional en suite with bath and separate shower and the other is open plan* in style with the bath taking center stage in the main part of the bedroom. A wall separates the toilet, shower and bathroom sink. Each room has a desk, table and chairs, mini bar filled with local goodies, complimentary wifi and fibre broadband. Bathrooms are equipped with Elemis toiletries, slippers and bathrobes.

Superior room with disabled facilities

One of our Superior rooms is situated on the ground floor and is suitable for guests with wheelchairs. it also has it's own private lounge area. The ground floor room is accessed separately to the main front door of the hotel. It has been specially adapted to include grip rails and other features to make your stay more comfortable. The delightful room which overlooks the front view from the hotel, has a large walk-in wet room. It's ideal for families too, with space for two z-beds and a cot.
