Read All ReviewsWe stayed here recently and it was not so good experience. We had booked a disabled room and it was miles away from the restaurants down twisting corridors which were very, very cold. There are also some very steep ramps to negotiate as the corridor twists and turns – a nightmare for a wheelchair user. Our room although spacious, was quite drab all darkish grey with grey curtains – a very masculine environment. There were no drawers of any kind but just some shelves in the side of the wardrobe. The wet room was large but totally unheated, it was freezing cold in the morning, making it really unsuitable for a disabled person. Not even a heated towel rail. It has a shower seat, rails etc. and a curtain to pull across. I don’t know why the disabled rooms are furthest away, they really should be the nearest. Staff though was helpful and tried their best to make our stay comfortable.
