Operating for over 30 years, Hotel de Paris has welcomed guests from all over the world. The hotel has always been one of great value and variety offering each guest a room and experience tailored to their needs. Offering everything from a small budget room to an executive king suite with balcony overlooking Sherbrooke Street, Hotel de Paris provides the same high standard of service to each of its guests.

The staff at Hotel de Paris understand the needs of today’s traveler. With a very small operating staff, it is key that the entire team shares all the skills required to provide a great experience. The employees at Hotel de Paris have on average 15 years of hospitality experience behind them.

Originally opened as a small 9 room hotel, the property has grown with the ever changing landscape of the city. With the popularity of the hotel, an addition was built to increase the total number of rooms to 25. In the late 90s, Hotel de Paris experienced another growth spurt by adding an annex property across the street providing 12 new executive category rooms to the count.

In early 2012, the original addition was completely renovated to modernize the budget rooms with improved comfort and amenities. In the summer of 2012, Hotel de Paris completed construction to add a third floor to its annex building that now houses 6 new executive rooms featuring modern finishes.

BUDGET ROOM – 1 DOUBLE BED

Renovated in 2012, these rooms offer incredible value for short term, single or budget travelers. Equipped with modern furniture, LCD-LED HDTV, work desk, air conditioning and a small private bathroom with shower, these rooms are quite small but efficient. We recommend Superior or Executive rooms for guests requiring more space or for longer stays. Maximum 2 guests.

BUDGET ROOM – 2 DOUBLE BEDS

Renovated in 2012, these rooms offer incredible value for up to 4 guests. These rooms are small and efficient yet feature 2 double beds, modern furniture, LCD-LED HDTV, work desk and private bathroom with bath or shower. For guests requiring more space or for a longer stay, we recommend Executive or Family Rooms. Maximum of 4 guests.

SUPERIOR ROOM – 1 QUEEN BED

This category of rooms has many different styles but all feature average-sized rooms with queen-sized beds. These rooms are scattered across both building.

EXECUTIVE ROOM – 1 QUEEN BED

Large beautiful rooms located in our Annex, across the street from the main property. Although no two rooms are identical, each room features unique characteristics such as fireplaces, columns, intricate plaster moldings, bay windows or kitchenettes. All rooms in this category feature renovated upgraded bathrooms and comfortable queen size beds. Maximum 2 guests.

EXECUTIVE ROOM – 2 QUEEN BED

This room is on the third floor of the Annex building across from the main property. This sleek room features hardwood floors, a 40-inch LCD HDTV and modern bathroom. Although the two rooms are not identical, each room features unique characteristics and some have kitchenettes.
All rooms in this category feature renovated and have comfortable queen size beds.

QUEEN SUITE (SPECIALTY)

Unique room in the main building with large stone balcony overlooking Sherbrooke Street East. This very comfortable room features a large queen-sized four poster bed and renovated upgraded bathroom with bathtub. Guests traveling in summer will enjoy the stunning views from the balcony.

KING SUITE (SPECIALTY)

One of 3 speciality rooms, each unique and featuring special amenities. These rooms are all spacious and feature one king bed with ensuite bathroom. Be advised that this kind of room exists in the main building and the annex. As all three rooms are unique, if there is a specific room you would like, please contact the hotel directly to make a request. There is extra sitting in all of them. One of them has a fireplace, high ceilings and crown moldings, another modern, corner windows and kitchenette, and a third with a large stone balcony, bay windows and more heritage design.

FAMILY ROOM (SPECIALTY)

Large room designed for families featuring 2 double beds and 2 single beds. The room features a large bathroom with separate bath and shower. Maximum 6 guests.

FAMILY LOFT (SPECIALTY)

Large, quiet and open room located at the very top of the main building. The perfect setting for a family with a couple of older children traveling together. The room features two queen beds and two double beds with ensuite bathroom and 2nd prep station. Be advised that the room is on the 4th floor only accessible by a spiral staircase. Hotel reserves the right to refuse rowdy guests looking to use the room for parties or other purposes. Maximum 6 guests.

THE SAM WIMISNER SUITE

This large 2000 ft² loft is located at the top of the main building.  The perfect setting for a family with a couple of children traveling together or a couple to treat themselves.  The room features one king bed, one queen bed and a convertible couch and two ensuite bathrooms.  Be advised that the room is on the 4th floor and only accessible by stairs. Hotel reserves the right to refuse rowdy guests looking to use the room for parties or other purposes. This open-concept has a full kitchen, dining area and jacuzzi tub. Maximum 6 guests.
