The guy on reception was friendly and allowed us to check in a little earlier. Asked for the disabled room and given. Our room was on the ground floor and with disabled access. The room itself was fine however, the bathroom was not accessible as it is with a shower over the bath. Disabled parking bays were taken by some normal car drivers and hotel staff which i didnt liked at all. Other than that food was good at the hotel. Accessibility for disabled peoples must be improve by the management. Average stay for me.
