A stylish Sydney cocktail bar, Stillery is reminiscent of an elegant drawing room in a luxury private residence, with a beautiful seven-metre-long marble and leather-clad bar. Sunlit, bright and relaxed during the day, Stillery is the perfect place to enjoy tea or coffee, a light lunch, business meeting or petite high tea or High Martini by the arched windows overlooking leafy Double Bay village. When the sun goes down, the cocktail bar comes alive, with personalised table service, friendly bartenders, a roaring marble fireplace and absinthe fountains adding to its 1940s feel.

Stillery caters for all tastes, with an array of boutique beers, ciders, Champagnes and wines on offer. Gin – one of the most versatile spirits available – is celebrated at Stillery with a growing collection of more than 70 different types, used to create unique gin cocktails, with more than a dozen tonics to match. Matched to this is an extensive menu of light meals, tapas dishes, charcuterie and sweets, designed by our experienced kitchen team.

Our main waiter, was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and knew exactly when to bring over another round to our table. The burgers were absolutely divine with mouth watering chips to revive from sunny Sydney summer’s day. And the fruit drinks were refreshing for our dry throats.
