I do have mobility issues, so I booked an accessible room. Upon check in the lady on reception was excellent. She was really friendly. The hotel was clean, fresh, well decorated, warm and, saying it was at a motorway services, very quiet. The room was just what I required completely accessible with wheelchair with large area and accessible bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and I had a very good night’s sleep. Overall great accessible stay for me.
