Read All ReviewsWe stayed at this hotel recently and were very pleasant. The service was bend-over backward quality and our room was quiet and well appointed. The only downside of the Relais Lyonnais is there is no elevator (not suitable for wheelchairs or people with impaired mobility) and although there was a huge attractive shower in our room there was no bath. Not sure if there are other rooms that are equipped with bathtubs-but you can always ask . Overall this is not good hotel for disabled friendly user.
