The hotel is located on the A11/A47 Interchange on the Norwich Southern Bypass, Thickthorn Service Area. Follow the signs to Thickthorn Park and Ride, you will then see the entrance of the hotel opposite the Shell Garage. PLEASE NOTE: the postcode for this hotel covers a large area; we recommend that customers using a stanav or referring to online maps check very carefully for the exact hotel location or they will be led into Hethersett Village and not the hotel. If you are travelling along the A11 Northbound, *do not* take the exit road named Station Lane, as this will take you into Hethersett.

Read All ReviewsAccessible car parking very near to the entrance for the peoples with disability. We booked a twin disabled room as my partner is disabled and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the disabled bathroom was excellent. Beds were comfortable with crisp bedding. Little noise was coming outside the room all night which was a drawback. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
