Conveniently located on the outskirts of the attractive Eden Valley town of Appleby-in-Westmorland, the house has extensive gardens with fine views over the River Eden and Appleby Castle. Bongate House attracts guests from all over the world, and is popular with walkers, cyclists, those touring the North of England - and those who just want to get away and relax!

Breakfast is served in our spacious Dining Room. We offer cooked breakfasts, orange juice tea and coffee, (Filter coffee available on request), brown or white toast & preserves, yogurts, fresh fruit, a selection of cereals and porridge all included in the room rate. Gluten free and vegetarian options are available, if they are required please inform us upon booking your stay.
