The hall is situated in a very peaceful country setting down a short 200 metre drive, lined with trees and fields on either side. There is a large courtyard style parking area next to the hall.
Christine and David provide a warm welcome as you enter through the front door into the magnificent dining room with its wooden ceiling and open fireplace with its log burning stove. Guests have full independent use of the dining room, library area with its selection of maps and books which then leads to a west facing sitting room.
The hall has two very large en suite bedrooms each with their own wow factor. The Old Hall Room has a magnificent open roof and stone walls and The Orchard Room exposed beams and a mullioned window to name only some of their special features. In both rooms every modern day comfort has been provided.

The Old Hall Room is a large and luxurious room with a beautiful arched window and many period features. It also enjoys views of the Lake District hills in the distance. It has a king sized bed making it suitable for a couple. There is also a pull out supplementary single bed suitable for an extra adult or a child when required
There is a second beautiful bedroom with its exposed beams, mullioned window and comfortable sofa. The morning sun shines through a further two windows which have views of the orchard and the distant Pennines beyond. It has a super king sized bed which can also be set up as a twin. There is an additional single bed in the room so that it can be set up for three adults or a single child. A second single bed can be added for a second child. It has an en suite bathroom.
