Stayed here for 1 night with disability and had average experience and not so good as lack of accessibility. I found it problematic to get to and from the hotel as there is not a proper bus stop. This is extra difficult for disabled people like myself. Stayed in disabled room but you couldn’t sit on the toilet straight as the hand rails were too big. There was no mat to put on the floor by the shower/bath, so had to step onto bare floor when wet. The bed was not made properly. Not so comfy. So average stay for me.
