Read All ReviewsWhen we arrived about 30 minutes late, i was duly informed there was no more parking available which was very bad for me as i am disabled. However managed with the parking and luckily they gave me disabled room as asked for. The heating in the room allocated was broken and was useless. We were shocked that there was only 1 member of staff on duty in the night. Also why have a system for disabled people to request assistance if no-one is going to answer the call. Although the location of this hotel is good, I believe that for a disabled customer the quality of the disabled room and the service provided by staff needs to be significantly better than we experienced if someone is to have an enjoyable stay. Lack of accessibility which needs to be improve by the management.
