Read All ReviewsBeing disabled i cannot use low 12 inch toilets. I did call the hotel management directly a few days before my arrival in a wheelchair van advising them of that and requesting a room with a disabled toilet and grab bars. Although the room I was given was on the ground floor as I asked, the disabled toilet was not. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly, but using the toilet I brought my own 6 inch toilet seat height booster was inadequate because there were no grab bars for me to pull myself up from sitting on the toilet. Fortunately my friend helped me onto the wheelchair by pulling me up by my armpits. Hotel had facilities for disabled but still need some improvement for them.
