The Madison Manor is a beautifully restored Victorian mansion. We have 23 tastefully decorated bedrooms.

The Madison Manor Boutique Hotel is an ideal choice for those who want the amenities and security offered by modern hotels, yet prefer the comfort and ambiance of a small bed and breakfast inn.

Located virtually next to the Spadina and St. George subway stations we are just minutes from most downtown Toronto attractions by public transit and a short walk to the University of Toronto campus and the shops and restaurants in Yorkville. While we are centrally located, we are also on a side street with minimal traffic noise. All of our rooms are non-smoking.

Our rooms are furnished in the style of English Country Inns with features ranging from fireplaces to balconies and alcove windows.

Rates range from $89 CAD to $194 CAD depending on season of the year, size, location and features of the room. A healthy continental breakfast is included each morning.

Our 23 rooms are situated throughout 4 floors of our beautifully restored Victorian Mansion. All of our rooms are comfortable and all have private ensuite bathrooms and other amenities as described in features. Some of our larger rooms also have fireplaces and or balconies.

Furnished to resemble an English country inn, the traditional rooms and suites with en suite bathrooms feature TVs and high-speed Internet access. Some suites offer fireplaces, balconies, minifridges, leaded-glass windows and wet bars.

Continental breakfast is free. The hotel's lively British-style pub with a billiards room has event space for up to 400 guests, and a conference room with a fireplace has space for up to 60.

Hotel Policies

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Hotel not in our rooms or on balconies.

• Our facilities are not suitable for small children.

• Check in time between 4 pm and 11 pm.
• Check out time 11 am.
• No minimum stay required.
• Deposit: Your Credit card number is required to secure the reservation and is required upon check in. Upon arrival, the estimated amount of the stay plus an estimated possible incidentals will be authorized and held to the credit card.
• Payment methods accepted at check out are Visa, Master Card and cash.
• Breakfast Mon-Fri 7:30 – 9:30 am, Weekend & Holidays 8:30 – 10:30 am.
• Cancellation: All reservations are guaranteed by credit card. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing 7 days prior to scheduled arrival.

• Parking: Is additional and must be reserved. We have limited parking. There is also a public parking lot located behind the hotel.
