Three beautifully converted and tastefully decorated stone barns with original oak beams, set in over an acre of grounds in the picturesque and quiet village of Foxt.

Renovated and beautifully furnished, these 4 star self catering Holiday Cottages provide all the comforts of home, and modern conveniences you would expect including WiFi. Two of our cottages feature log burners which add to the charm and atmosphere of a country cottage.

Located in the Staffordshire Moorlands on the edge of the Peak District, and only 5.5 miles from Alton Towers, Rock House Farm Holiday Cottages provides excellent accommodation for those wishing to retreat to a rural location. The Churnet Valley Steam Railway and Caldon Canal are a 5 minute drive away.

Each Holiday Cottage features a fully-fitted kitchen, and there’s a local pub only a two minute walk away, as well as plenty more in the local area. We have a large private car park, a BBQ area, and a substantial play area (including play system, trampoline and swings) for our younger guests. Want to relax and unwind? Guests can also enjoy the use our new hot tub.

Our Holiday Cottages can accommodate up to 15 guests and 3 infants in cots. They are an ideal setting for Birthdays and Anniversaries, or accommodation for the Bride to be and her wedding party. Young children are always welcome; high chair, booster seat, bath seats, pushchair, stair gate, and three sizes of travel cots are available on request.
