Redfern is solidifying its reputation as one of Sydney's top small bar hubs and Arcadia Liquors is one of its stalwarts. On the corner of Regent and Redfern streets, Arcadia is a surprisingly roomy industrial space. There is a simple bar food menu (gourmet toasties and spiced nuts), but it is the booze ‘carte du jour' that steals the lime light, with local wine, German beer and Spanish cider beckoning.
