Parking was no problem for me as I was able to park right outside the hotel with my blue badge for disabled. Check in was handled swiftly. Staff were smartly dressed, welcoming and helpful. The receptionist showed us to our disabled adapted room and guide for the emergency alarms situated and how to activate them if needed. The room was clean and big for wheelchair users also. The beds were nicely made and comfy. Offered us complimentary breakfasts which was good in the morning.
