The head chef brings with him recipes from his American grandmother to the kitchen crafting the likes of bagels with fresh pastrami and the diner breakfast. The bustling cosy space caters for both a quick bite to eat or a speedy take-away. Our story's protagonist, Eric Morris, was born in Houston Texas in 1986. He was raised on a hearty diet of bacon, brisket and burgers, and has fond memories of being at his great grandmother's side as she cooked for her family. Coming to Australia in 1995, the food traditions of his youth were kept alive by his mother, who endowed in him with a love of baking and an appreciation for food from all walks of life.
