The cake display that greets customers at Earth to Table is decadent enough to turn meat eaters into vegans. Every dessert at this Bondi Junction cafe is raw and vegan, and handmade daily by café owner Julie Mitsiosis. In fact, everything at Earth to Table is vegan, from the kelp noodle salads to the raw cacao mocha, made with house made almond ‘mylk'. For a healthful change in your morning routine, take home a bag of grawnola (raw) or greenola (with spirulina).
