Eat Art Truck 108/250 Pitt Street, Sydney

Fusing modern, progressive street food with eye popping street art, Eat Art Truck is leading Sydney's nomadic dining trend. The venture is under the helm of Executive Chef Alejandro Saravia formerly of Fat Duck London, Morena and Sails Restaurant of Lavender Bay. He has traded in his chef whites and delicately plated fare for civvies and hearty pulled pork buns, and you'd be hard pressed to find food this good and fast in any bricks and mortar establishment. The truck features a back panel of changing street art, with Phibs as the inaugural artist.

Winner of best new food truck award and top 10 cheap eats by Good Food, this food truck is founded by a former sous chef of Tetsuya's, serving delicious American BBQ street food. Its signature dishes include hot smoked pulled pork and 8 hour BBQ beef brisket.

Eat Art Truck is available for private events and brand marketing exercises, having brand activations with Masterchef, Citibank, Singapore Tourism and Gourmet Traveller and Coles.
