Really lovely lady and a man at check in. I was in a bit of a state and they were great. Managed to get me a very last minute room and it was perfectly fine. Got the disabled room which was large and fine and wet room situated on the ground floor. The room was spacious and comfortable. There were insufficient parking spaces outside, and if you are lucky to get a disabled space the bay is marked out too small and getting out of the car with all your bags etc is a struggle. Overall good stay.
