Heating up the chic Sydney suburb of Neutral Bay is Grolla, where diners can find a unique take on Italian cuisine. This is a North Italian inspired smokehouse where almost every dish is crafted with smokey flavours, even the desserts. Grolla focuses more on meats, seafood and salad dishes with Italian flair and steers away from the usual pizza and pasta meals. Laid-back and welcoming this is a little adventure to a different taste of Italy. with a modern and adventurous menu, where most of the dishes have an exotic element added in. We take inspiration from North West Italy Alps and Coastal area, where traditions assimilated not local ingredients to traditional recipes, and tiny narrow restaurants are adorned with paintings and decorations, like in the Cinque Terre and Val d’Aosta.
