Harts Pub is a quaint old pub, in the heart of the historic Rocks. Owned and run by the Rocks Brewing Company, Harts Pub offers a superb selection of 12 local beers on tap, that rotate regularly. Located in the former terrace home of Australia's first lady of cooking, Margaret Fulton, this pub has an impressive history. Our aim is to support independently owned breweries from all over Australia and supply Sydney with great beer. Local artisan beers plus gourmet burgers and grills in an old-style corner pub with a courtyard. There are various rooms that can be booked as individual rooms or as an entire floor including the downstairs bar and The Fulton Room Champagne Room.
