Haven Tailoring Coffee Joyously in Surry Hills is more than a morning coffee favourite, these guys are all about making a customised coffee experience. Employing a revolutionary concept known as coffee tailoring, with elements of the coffee grind size, total brewing time, brewing temperature, coffee to water ratio and choice of coffee origins are all taken into consideration in crafting the right brew. The menu is fresh and light featuring waffles with inventive toppings and modern cafe classics.
The concept of Haven was built in 2013 before we came to Sydney. The idea was about specialty coffee only. However, we understood breakfast and brunch is a must for the Surry Hills' hipsters, and so we started thinking bigger......
With our 20+years of life time in Asia, we believe breakfast and brunch could be more creative and interesting, of course, to match our specialty coffee.
With the idea an Asian fusion cafe at Surry Hills, we carefully design our breakfast and brunch menu to make a good balance between Asian and local Sydney style.

Coffee Tailoring is a brand new concept innovated by 2 of our owners, one is a former Sensory and Visual Judge of world coffee competitions, the other is an individualist who strongly believe the best coffee in the world is the coffee “YOU LOVE”.
