Mabou River Inn is a family owned and operated facility since 1998. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and service and try to anticipate the needs of our guests. We offer very homey, clean, comfortable accommodations. You will feel right at home after walking in our door.

Accommodations
We have a total of 10 units which are contained in two wings of the building. The structure is a split entry building with only our main deck, dining room, reception, public washroom and Hair Salon with barrier free access. Therefore all of the rooms or apartments/housekeeping suites are either up half a level or down half a level.
Inn Wing – 7 Rooms
The upper level has 4 larger rooms with King size beds (two rooms with a double sofabed). Each King room has a full 4-pc ensuite bath, air conditioning, flat screen CBTV, Wi-Fi, desks and reading lights.
The lower level has 3 rooms with Queen beds (one room with one Queen bed, another has two Queen beds, and the other has a Queen bed with a pullout that is really most practical for a maximum capacity of 3 persons). The Queen rooms are smaller than the King rooms and the Queen rooms on the lower level each have a private 3-pc (shower) washroom – meaning each washroom is private but you must leave your room and go across the hall to your private washroom – we do not have any shared washrooms. There are bathrobes in each of the rooms to ensure your privacy.
The Guest Kitchen, Guest Laundry and Exercise Room are located on the lower level of the Inn wing.
Apartment/Suite Wing – 3 Apartments each with their own entrance
The upper level (Apt #2) has a large two bedroom apartment. The unit is approximately 1000 sq. ft. and features a very large, fully equipped kitchen, large 4-pc bathroom including a front load washer/dryer (no fee), a Queen bed in each bedroom, a double sofabed in the living room, and a double sofabed in the kitchen as well (preferably not used late in the evening for other than rest, as there is a similar two bedroom, family unit below it). Maximum capacity is 6 persons.
The lower level has two 2-bedroom apartments (Apt #1 & #3). Both have a Queen bed in each bedroom. Each apartment has a double sofabed in the living room. Each apartment has a full 4-pc bathroom, air conditioning, flat screen CBTV, Wi-Fi, and fully equipped kitchens.
