I chose this hotel after searching on line as we needed disabled facilities on the ground floor with level access. First off the staff were polite and friendly, but apologised so many times. Stayed in twin disabled room which was very large and facilities were up to mark as required by me. Shower was inside a bath with slippery floor and difficulty for my wife to access and shower safety holding on to grab rails. The Italian restaurant next door is lovely too. Good hotel to stay.
