Infuzions restaurant in Cammeray specialises in Asian fusion cuisine, inspired by the countries of South East Asia. It’s a smart space with striped wooden walls, wicker chairs and cherry red decorative accents. From Friday to Sunday the restaurant offers an Asian tapas lunch menu, which is great for groups. Be sure to indulge in a cheeky cocktail such as the Hibiscus Green Tea, which consists of hibiscus flower infused vodka, green tea liqueur, cranberry juice, fresh lime and green tea. Infuzions came together through a group of like – minded proprietors. The idea was to bring a new balance of Asian food to Cammeray offering an inspiring menu w innovative ideas, which doesn’t lean too far from table. These four believe they couldn’t do what they do without the great team that has become family, working together to make magic happen every time the doors open.
