A small and refined menu see's a focus on seasonality and rustic dishes of terrine, ricotta and chard ravioli and moorish rich desserts. Applying the chef's multiskills diners will find the pasta, butter, and other specialties are all made on site adding to the farmhouse in the city vibe. KINDRED Restaurant is a family owned local eatery serving handcrafted Italian inspired food. Our wines are predominantly bio-dynamic from Australia and around the world. We are committed to making as much as we can in-house. This requires a lot more work, but in doing so we not only appreciate the end product more, we know exactly what goes in our food. Just some of the things we make include; Our own sourdough that we bake everyday, cultured butter, 100% of our pastas ranging from pappradelle, ravioli, bucatini etc, we grind whole meat cuts for our sausages, ricotta, fermented vegetables, pickles, gelato, sorbet, yoghurt, relish, creme fraiche, mustard, jams, soda flavours for the bar, plus we grow our own micro greens.
