Disappointment on arrival due to not getting the disabled car park as i am disabled and felt bad once you get to know that disabled bays were used by normal peoples without badge. This hotel is a good place to stay and great value for normal guests but is not really suitable for disabled people. The accessible room was on the 1st floor. Difficulty using the lift and getting into the room. There were grab handles in the bathroom but could not use the shower over the bath. Accessible rooms really need to have a wet room with walk in shower. The bed was great, very comfortable. Had a good nights sleep. So overall if i say not very accessible for wheelchair user or disabled people.
