Chicko's sauce recipe is made from 100% of the freshest ingredients which have been sourced from the Mediterranean.

Our "Grade A" chickens are sourced locally and we use only 100% fresh chickens that have never been frozen.

Using our unique recipe (with no preservatives or artificial flavours) we marinate daily, allowing the fresh ingredients to suffuse into the chicken.

The freshly prepared chicken is then cooked (to order) by our passionate chefs, over an open planned chargrill. While it gently cooks and crackles we baste using Chicko’s sauce, releasing an aroma that will be sure to confirm your hunger and tantalise your taste buds.

If our delicious chicken does not tempt you, we also offer a range of other meat and vegetarian dishes such as our (Traditional Mediterranean and Lebanese cuisine inspired) freshly grilled kebabs, shawarmas and many more dishes

In addition to our Chicken and our Kebabs, we also offer popular favourites such as our 100% Beef and Cheese Burgers, shawarmas and various salads.
