A magnificent Georgian mansion house steeped in history and dedicated to luxury, Storrs Hall Windermere also has all of the intimacy and individuality of a family-run hotel. It was purchased 20 years ago by the Hindle family, who since then have invested in the building, individually and sympathetically refurbishing the bedrooms and adding contemporary touches whilst retaining all of the building's historical splendour.

If you're looking for something even more unusual, we have a luxury Boathouse, with its own outdoor hot tub, steam room, private terrace and fire pit, and which sleeps two. You can also book a self-catering lodge in the grounds.

Inside Storrs Hall, there are eight types of bedroom for you to choose from, but even our entry-level Classic Rooms feature lush fabrics, ultra comfortable Hypnos beds and stylish, contemporary bathrooms. There are multi-room suite options, free WiFi throughout the Hotel, flatscreen TVs, 24-hour room service and tea/coffee-making facilities in all bedrooms.
