First time opened to the public, The Homestead (circa 1905) is an elegant, spacious country house which offers luxurious accommodation for up to six guests. Enter through the French doors and experience the history of the property adorned with antique French chandeliers, open fireplaces and generous light-filled rooms, each with its own vista of the grounds. Also located on the estate are two self contained cottages, ideal for couples. Choose from the original cosy Gatehouse Cottage with period furnishings and provincial kitchen or the more spacious Keepers Cottage with King size four poster bed. Both cottages offer indulgent spa baths and crackling open fires, perfect for an intimate retreat.

The Homestead
The Homestead (circa 1905) at Moulton Park Estate is an elegant, spacious country house, which can accommodate up to six guests. It is perfect for a family getaway or small group of friends. Sweeping verandas wrap around the house and there are vast windows in every room which let sunlight flood in.
Sink into big, comfortable lounges around the fireplace while you watch the 65 inch 3D HD television or just enjoy the garden views for the ultimate in relaxation. Complimentary wifi and Stan streaming are also provided. The lounge flows through to an open plan kitchen/dining room where you can create a fantastic meal, or organise a guest chef to cater for your special occasion. Ten people can comfortably sit at the large provincial dining table.
Immerse yourself in the ambiance of a bygone era in the second living room, with its Art Deco styling, antique French chandelier and upright piano, while you sip complimentary port in front of the welcoming open fire. Large French doors lead you to the outdoor dining/living area which overlooks sweeping lawns and mature exotic trees that shade established garden beds filled with ferns, rhododendrons, azaleas and hydrangeas. Find your perfect spot to while away an afternoon with a good book or simply relax and watch the abundant birdlife including kookaburras, cockatoos and beautiful king parrots.
The spacious master king bedroom has an opulent vaulted ceiling and large bay window overlooking the vast gardens. A walk-in robe leads you to an indulgent, luxurious bathroom housing a freestanding stone bath for two and large open shower. Another two king bedrooms share a second bathroom that has a single spa bath and separate shower. One bed can be split into two singles if preferred. Amenities include luxurious linen, towels, bathrobes and toiletries.
The Gatehouse Cottage
The Gatehouse Cottage (circa 1905) provides refined accommodation for two. The original gatehouse on the property, it is a favourite enjoyed by all who stay due to its warm, inviting character.
Enter into the light filled separate dining room with period furnishings and a beautiful stained glass window. With large windows overlooking the estate, this is the perfect space to relax with the morning paper. Or step into the welcoming lounge room and enjoy a complimentary glass of port while you relax in front of the antique stone fireplace with open log fire. There is also a gas heater for your comfort. Amenities include complimentary wifi, DVDs, CDs and Stan streaming.
The provincially inspired kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for your stay and opens out to your private garden, enclosed by an exquisite border of camelias and English box hedging.

The Keepers Cottage

The room features polished floorboards and a large Edwardian fireplace with open log fire.
