On arrival starting with car parking, such a useless and limited parking compared to the size of the hotel, after paying to stay at hotel you then have to pay extra for parking and that too from disabled guests. Receptionist was helpful and friendly. Given a room on the third floor, so a fight through corridors, doors and lift. The disabled room only had an emergency pull cord and grab rails in the bathroom. Toilet was so low you might as well have sat down on the floor, bath and shower not at all accessible. The door into the bedroom was so extremely heavy to open, not disable friendly. Very poor disabled facilities. Not staying again.
