On arrival we checked the disabled spaces In the hotel car park which were all taken with cars displaying no badges. After struggling to find alternative parking and getting to the hotel we checked in. The hotel has reception area with vending machine, and a bar/cafe area where breakfast etc is served. Check-in was quick and easy, and the helpful receptionist willingly gave information. We were allocated as booked, a mobility assistance room on the first floor. The basic room was large, twin beds, small flat screen tv, desk with tea/coffee making facilities, hanging space. The bathroom had a large walk in shower. Average stay.
