Introduction
Jasmine Guesthouse is situated approximately 500 yards from the harbour area of Bridlington.
We offer 8 en-suite rooms & the Family Suite consisting of 3 Twin rooms sharing 1 bathroom, on 2 floors, each with TV, tea & coffee making facilities and complimentary toiletries in each room.
Breakfast is served in the dining room on the ground floor where there is seating for 24 people. This room also houses the bar, where alcoholic drinks are available on request.
For guests arriving by public transport, we can arrange transport from the local bus and train station. Car parking is on the road in a residents parking zone and we issue permits free of charge, 1 per room, for the duration of your stay. Additional permits may be purchased.
Your accommodation will be ready from 12.00 noon on the day of arrival but please inform us if you are going to be later than 4pm.
Main Entrance
Access from the pavement has a 4” step up and there is a 6” step up through the front door into the hallway where the reception desk is situated. The dining room is off to the left and in front of you are 2 staircases.
The left hand staircase, with 1 handrail provides access to room 1 on the first floor via 15 steps and then 3 more steps take you to room 3. A further staircase of 14 steps takes you up to the Family Suite.
The right hand staircase has 2 handrails and gives access to room 2 on the first floor via 15 steps, then 3 more steps take you up to rooms 4 & 6. Another 14 steps then take you up to the 2nd floor where there is room 8 and 4 more steps up to rooms 10 & 12.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.
Pets
Well behaved pets are welcome at no extra charge but we ask that no pets are left alone in the bedrooms except at breakfast time.
Fire Alarm
Each room has a sounder/sensor fitted. Please evacuate the room if this sounds. Full directions are posted behind the doors and the alarm is tested at 11.00 am every Monday.
