Read All ReviewsMe and my disabled partner stayed here for two nights. I had called nearly a week before to request a ground floor room as my partner is disabled and everything is easier to manage ground floor but this wasn’t done. The young lady who checked us in however couldn’t have been more helpful and sorted the best available room for my partner needs. The room was clean, fresh linen and beds were comfortable and we both slept well. Lack of accessibility at the hotel.
