Read All ReviewsThe hotel is conveniently situated for the center of Birmingham with a great variety of Shops & Restaurants. There is also multi storey Parking, central parking for the Disabled. The Staff at this hotel were extremely polite, helpful and welcoming. Staff made us feel welcome, check in was brilliant and gave the disabled room as requested by me. It was a wet room with walk in shower and big clean and tidy room which helped me a lot during my stay. Accessible toilet available near the reception but requires key to use. Overall good stay.
