The family ran and owned Stranded Gourmet of Mosman is located on Sydney's lower north shore. Follow the Strand passage down to the little brick courtyard adorned with fairy lights and a vibrant garden. Built on the philosophy of crafting a menu that is organic, sustainably sourced and using local producers, the meals are wholesome and full of fresh flavours. It is a true neighbourhood gem that is bustling with conversation and clinks of wine glasses.
Located down Strand Passage, the lane way that leads to Raglan St East car park, Stranded Gourmet is a cafe, bar and restaurant.
Family owned and operated the venue boasts a beautiful, sun-lit courtyard bar by day and a softly-lit Mediterranean-style restaurant by night. Comfortable leather banquettes indoors offer cosy seating when it's cool or wet.
FOOD
Our menu focuses on organic and sustainable dishes made with locally sourced market produce and we make as much of our food as possible.
Food we make in-house includes all our breakfast granola, relishes, jams and marmalades; muffins - made daily, cakes, including the banana bread and all our biscuits, the flatbreads - and our dips and dukkah.
We aim to cater for everyone, including the kids, so if you have special dietary requirements please advise our friendly waitstaff.
