Our ski-in ski-out Chalet Altesse, located in the mountain paradise Zermatt, offers four exclusive five star apartments with spectacular views onto the Matterhorn. Its unique location and luxurious accommodation create the perfect environment to relax and to enjoy a special winter holiday or summer hiking break.

All apartments are elegantly furnished and decorated with modern art. The well-equipped kitchen, the large living area with fireplace and big wooden dining table offer a lot of comfort and space.

Store your skis in our ski room with convenient ski boot heaters and start your après-ski experience in our wellness area with sauna and steam bath.

With these facilities, our personalized service, as well as the unobstructed views onto the Matterhorn, you will be guaranteed a perfect stay in the most sought-after ski resort in the world.

Max and Greti Mennig, the owners of the Chalet also run the well known Restaurant “Zum See”. Your visit to Zermatt is not complete without an unforgettable dining experience at Zum See.

The apartment is on of the largest in the Chalet, featuring three bedrooms and three en-suite bathrooms. The Matterhorn-facing balcony is ideal for a sundowner or afternoon nap on the sun chair.

Lift access to the first floor apartment. Once inside, there is easy wheelchair access throughout. There is an open plan bathroom with wheel-in shower. There is no shower chair or grab rails, please arrange hire of shower chairs or bring your own.

There are three steps down to the sauna and steam room.

Zermatt is a car-free town and all transport is by electric taxi. Unfortunately there are currently no wheelchair accessible taxis in Zermatt unless your wheelchair can fold. You can wheel around the town, there are some steep inclines.
